Damaged chipped diamond

I have a 1.47carat round brilliant stone which has been chipped on the edge, is there anything that can be done so that i can use the diamond in a diamond engagement ring?

Hi Richard, Thank you for your enquiry regarding your round brilliant cut diamond. We do deal with a number of cutting centres in Antwerp and would be able to get the diamond repolished. Though this will reduce the overall carat weight so the diamond will appear smaller. We can then also re-set it for you in a mount of your choice.
